SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and are quoted at checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to your given email address. If you do not receive that email then please contact us at info@quiqui.com.au

Weekday orders are processed and dispatched within one working day and weekend / holiday purchases will be processed on the following business day. We use Australia Post for domestic shipping and all orders must be signed for. We use Australia Post’s International service for orders outside of Australia. Please note that customers are responsible for customs charges within their own country. Tracking information sent on despatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Qui Qui piece as much as we loved creating them for you. We will gladly accept exchanges on any items (excluding sale items, samples and vintage pieces) within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will be dispatched at your own cost. 

If you receive a faulty item, in compliance with Australian Law you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at info@quiqui.com.au if for any reason you need to return an item and we will endeavour to assist you with your return as soon as possible.
